The Nutcracker Tea 2014

A couple weeks before Christmas, Lily and I went to the nutcracker tea with her aunt Margaret, aunt Katie and nana. We met up with some good friends of ours also and all got to sit at the same table to enjoy the tea. The O'Henry always does such a beautiful job with their teas. The food was delicious as usual and we got to see some of The Nutcracker performed by a local ballet company.  It really is such a beautiful ballet.

I think Lily had a really good time. She danced along with the ballerinas and drank at least 3 cups of hot chocolate. She was able to help decorate gingerbread houses and made her own gingerbread ornament for our Christmas tree. She really wasn't a fan of the toy solider there though. The nice man that organizes the tea is always there and dressed in costume in some capacity. During this tea, he was dressed as the toy soldier and Lily was really wary of him. She had an eye on him at all times and would quickly move away from him whenever he came her her. Check out her eyeing adhering him while decorating the gingerbread houses below. 

It was a beautiful tea as usual and Annabelle was lucky enough to hang out with Paca while we were all enjoying our tea party.
