JDRF Hope Gala 2013
This year Richard and I had the honor of attending the JDRF Hope Gala with some of my coworkers from BD. It was a fantastic event and raised a lot of funds for JDRF in hopes of better treating and, one day, curing type 1 diabetes. There was both a silent auction and a live auction (TONS of fun), wonderful food, good conversation and overall a sense of people coming together for one special cause - I hope we're able to attend another in the future.
